Avenues serves individuals 21 and older with developmental disabilities in
Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Salem, Cumberland, Atlantic and Cape May counties.
Our employee's are considered Direct Support Professionals, and are expected to provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living tasks for our clients and their families.
These DSP's work with clients and their families one-on-one or in group settings.
Employees report directly to the client’s home, and they are responsible for providing services requested by the consumer or their families.
Shifts are flexible and we are able to provide flexible work assignments.
Flexible assignments are available both weekday and weekends.
Hours and days are varied and are based upon client needs and your availability.
Our goal is to provide long-term companion services to our consumers in a safe and professional manner.
