EVV (Clocking-in & Out):

Recently, all DSPs were asked to login on HHAexchange, DDDs Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system, and share the pin # they received. This is the first step in moving to the HHAexchange platform, where all DSP’s will clock-in and clock-out. The anticipated date for DSPs to use the new platform is September (actual date TBA). We will still use EnableNow for family hires and administrative staff. More info on that to come.

Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
